We are a third generation family of builders with over 75 years of combined experience. We have always maintained
a positive reputation in all areas that we
have developed in. We have over 80 homes in the Sidney area and over 300 homes in Northeast Nebraska. Our company
plans to expand development throughout
the state of Nebraska and we have always kept up on the current trends in building, housing structure and design.
Who is Clausen Brothers Development?
Clausen Brothers Construction was created in 1975 by Randy Clausen. In 2000, Randy joined forces with his three sons,
Shane, Aaron and Chad in
order to create Clausen Brothers Development. The first development site was Sidney, Nebraska. After just the first
year of development, Clausen Brothers
received the 2001 Economic Development Project of the Year in Cheyenne County. We have been going strong ever since.
